Richard El Khazen is a Lebanese-American Actor known for his intense dramatic acting roles. Best known for his role as the Lieutenant in the Emmy-nominated, internationally acclaimed Docudrama, the Sultan and the Saint (2016), and Interpol Investigates (2004). He worked on several film and television projects to include industrial, documentary, educational, foreign and independent.
