Julian Doucet is a bilingual Canadian screenwriter, producer, and actor best known as the creator, showrunner, and executive producer of the Amazon Prime Video series The Lake (2022). He is also widely recognized in Ottawa as the official voice of the OC Transpo transit system, where he announces bus and train stops.
