Wayne Slaten is an American director, producer, screenwriter, and editor with two decades of experience in narrative film, documentary, commercial, industrial, and digital content creation. He thrives on connecting through people with diverse backgrounds both in front of and behind the camera to deliver entertaining stories with high-quality production value. Slaten brings a passion for authenticity and quality storytelling to every project. Through F.64 Films, he currently produces content for various clients and has experience with every aspect of production ranging from producing and developing concepts to budgeting, scripting, directing, shooting, and editing projects with teams and budgets of all sizes. His work has aired nationally on Showtime, The Movie Channel, Flix, PBS, ShortsTV, and the Lifetime Movie Network as well as streamed on Apple TV+, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube TV, Roku, Tubi, and other streaming platforms. Slaten’s award-winning narrative and documentary films have been shown at Cannes and other international festivals with one project through NASA, CineSpace, and the Houston Cinema Arts Festival screening for the astronauts aboard the International Space Station.
