Phil Nee (born in New York City, New York) is a Chinese-American actor, voice actor, photographer and comedian. He has appeared in TV shows such as Random! Cartoons, Gideon Oliver, The Cosby Show, Law & Order, New York Undercover, and Sabrina the Teenage Witch.
