Biography
Siim Rulli (October 15, 1948 in Kunda – July 26, 2006) was an Estonian actor and television director. He graduated from Kehra Middle School in 1967 and the Department of Performing Arts of Tallinn State Conservatory (5th flight) in 1972. In the years 1972–1975, he worked as an actor in the Estonian National Youth Theater. He then worked as a director's assistant and director at Estonian Television.
