Yasemin was born in 22 January 1985, in Germany.
At age 15 she participated in Gaye Sokmen Ajan's Elite Model Look competition and was in top 10. In the year 2003, she also participated in the Miss Turkey Beauty competition and finished in the top 10.
After finishing high school, she got her education in Mujdat Gezen Sanat Centre. Her acting in "Ah be Istanbul" and "Cocugun var Derdin Var" was liked very much. After that she pursued acting. She had Tekirdag accent so she took classes from Can Gurzap.
