Misha Kuznetsov (born November 16, 1961 in Omsk, Russia) is a Russian actor and voice actor. He has appeared in television shows such as Law & Order, Early Edition and The Blacklist. Kuznetsov also provided the voice of Vladimir Glebov in Grand Theft Auto IV video game.
