Jennifer Parsons is an accomplished American character actress whose career spans over four decades across television, film, and theater. Often recognized for her versatility, she has amassed more than 50 screen credits, including recurring roles as Lydia Millstone in the legal thriller How to Get Away with Murder and Dawn Linder in the Western drama Longmire. Her early career in the 1980s included appearances on hit series such as Remington Steele and The Twilight Zone, establishing her as a reliable presence in both procedural and genre television. Throughout her prolific career, Parsons has made notable guest appearances on a wide array of iconic programs, including The West Wing, The X-Files, Bones, The O.C., and NYPD Blue. She is also well-known to the Star Trek community for her dual roles in the franchise, appearing as Miranda Vigo in Star Trek: Next Generation and as a descendant of the crew in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode "Children of Time."
