Biography
Ulla Friis (born in Copenhagen, Denmark) is a Danish actress. She began her acting career at a young age with numerous theater productions. After finishing school, she was initially accepted into a medical faculty but decided to pursue acting after a stay in New York City. In 1999, she graduated from the Neighborhood Playhouse School of Theatre and began her professional career in New York before moving to Vancouver to work in film and television. She is known for her roles in Stargate SG-1 (1997–2007), Arrow (2012–2020), The 4400 (2004–2007), The L Word (2004–2009), and Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (2007).
