Ian Scott McGregor (born June 30, 1980 in Walnut Creek, California) is an American actor, voice actor and theater actor. He has appeared in TV shows such as Boardwalk Empire, Law & Order, Onion SportsDome and Veep. McGregor also provided the voice of Cletus Ewing in Grand Theft Auto V.
