Son of director Sai Paranjpye and theatre artiste Arun Joglekar. Brother of actress Winni Paranjpye. His directional debut was Marathi film Pak Pak Pakak 2005. Still remembered as Peter of Prahaar 1991 in Hindi films. Made his Hindi debut in Prahaar The Final Attack 1991. Debuted as child artist in Akriet 1981 as son of Amol Palekar.
