Ai Haneda is a Japanese gravure model, actress and AV idol. Haneda was born on September 22, 1989, in Tokyo, Japan. Affiliated with "Prime Model Agency", she debuted as a gravure model in 2008 in a video image, Great Dig (ハックツ美少女), part of the "Departure dig girl" series produced by Gratz Corporation. Between 2008 and 2009 she appeared on 10 gravure videos and 8 photo books, also working as a magazine model and appearing on several TV shows. In 2009 she debuted in V-Cinema as lead actress of the erotic thriller movie Heroine Chronicles – Yukemuri Hunter (ヒロインクロニクルズ 湯けむりハンタ). In February 2010 she entered the AV industry, signing an exclusive contract with the label Soft On Demand (SOD). Also in 2010 she starred in several TV-shows and drama series, including the third season of the popular J-Drama Jyouou . In December 2010 she won the Award for Best Newcomer at the SOD Awards and in March 2011 she received the Best New Across award at the Adult Broadcasting Awards ceremony. Also in 2011, Haneda starred in the V-Cinema movie Gal Avatar (ギャルアバター,GAL AVATAR).
