Among his most acclaimed works are "Marte Dam Tak" (1987), "Jung Baaz" (1989), the patriotic blockbuster "Tirangaa" (1993), the hard-hitting "Krantiveer" (1994), and "Mrityudaata" (1997).

His daughter Jahan starred as the lead in "Krantiveer: The Revolution," the sequel to his iconic film "Krantiveer." His son Zoheb has assisted him in direction, while his other daughter, Shameem Khan, has carved her own niche as a talented costume designer in the industry.
