Biography
Founder of Herne Hill, Dennis Berardi, is a creative visionary known for his unwavering dedication to the art of visual effects, which is epitomised in the quality of his work. From innovative beginnings with IMAX and the National Film Board of Canada, Berardi worked closely to integrate the ground-breaking digital imaging systems for live-action and animated films. In 2001, Berardi founded the Toronto-based visual effects studio, Mr. X. Under his stewardship, Mr. X grew from a small eight-person shop to a global VFX brand with studio locations in Toronto, Montreal, Adelaide, and Bangalore. In 2021, Dennis opened the doors at Herne Hill. Dennis is currently serving as executive producer on Rupert Wyatt’s Desert Warrior. Information above via their homepage.
