On the brink of turning 18 and terrified of adult responsibilities, a teenager finds a pair of glasses that transports him back to the "safe haven" of 2016. A series of deaths suddenly occurs in the city. Police officer Wong Ming realizes that at the scene of each death, there is the figure of a woman who collects garbage. In the course of investigation, Wong discovers that this woman, Lan Pui Ching (played by Josie HO), has the mysterious ability to collect the souls of the accidental deaths from the garbage and help these souls to enter the reincarnation. This all started with a story that happened to her 13 years ago. Meanwhile, the murders continue to happen. Lan Pui Ching deduces that these murders are related to a mysterious cult ritual, and she and Wong Ming will be the next victims of this ritual. Wong Ming decides to cooperate with Lan Pui Ching to find out the mastermind behind the scene.
