The Library poster
Movie

JK enters the Library in search of a book but he quickly discovers that his wishes might not be that simple. Halls and corridors multiply like a labyrinth without a way out, stairs lead to impossible places, and the employees of the Library don't offer any help. The Library seems to watch over and guide him against his will. Every attempt to move forward traps him, plunging him further into the chaos of an absurd system. What began as a small desire turns into a mental and sensory odyssey, where JK will even have to resort to violence. What is your Library?

Movie

What happens when the boundaries between the observer and the subject are obliterated? When love appears not as a polished image, but in the guise of a homeless, drunk, and wounded person whom the world has turned its back on? This is a story about love that refuses to acknowledge the "social gutter". It is about equality that cannot be imposed, but can be experienced. In this film, reality rewrites the script. What was intended as a documentary about volunteers helping the homeless suddenly transforms into a chronicle of an impossible love affair. The film producer falls in love with the protagonist – a homeless man named Edik. The camera captures not only the social drama but an inner revolution which comes at a price. The struggle with addiction, rejection, the lure of the streets, and the fear of being authentic. Yet, against all odds, in this struggle we discern a radical act of recognizing humanity in someone who is usually overlooked.

Children's/Ground poster
Movie

Zun-Tou Elementary School stood adjacent to Taoyuan International Airport. Everything on campus seemed to revolve around airplanes and the airport... yet it was precisely this proximity that ultimately led to the school’s disappearance. Through the interplay of sound and image, the film reconstructs a single day at the elementary school, piecing together the contours of childhood within its grounds. At the same time, the school serves as a microcosm, reflecting the broader erasure of landscapes under the Taoyuan Aerotropolis development.

Almost Home poster
Movie

The feature directorial debut of Jiang Wenjie, cinematographer and editor of Keep Rolling, explores the inner lives of three female Hong Kong writers: Hon Lai-chu, Lee Wai-yi, and Human Ip. Though their styles and thematic concerns differ considerably, the film shows that their literary works are all informed by their immediate surroundings, whether that be a childhood home, the streets of Sham Shui Po, or the cattle and woods near Lai Chi Wo village. Time may inevitably erode everything in this city, but these writers continue to tell their hometown's stories in their own unique ways.
