This twin V-Cinema movies contains the second and third installments after the initial Kamen Rider Drive Saga: Kamen Rider Chaser, they both follow the characters of both Heart and Go Shijima beyond the conclusion of the series. Heart/Mach both take place following the novel, "Kamen Rider Drive: ~Mach Saga~", which takes place two years following the conclusion of the Kamen Rider Drive TV series.

Kamen Rider 4 is a web series which was released as an accompanying special to the film Super Hero Taisen GP: Kamen Rider 3. It introduced a new rider, Kamen Rider 4, who is the fourth Kamen Rider cyborg created by Shocker after Kamen Riders 1, 2, and 3. The plot goes around a time loop created by the Shocker that resets whenever someone dies, but whenever the loop resets Shocker itself somehow grows stronger and stronger. Thus, it is up to the Riders to decide whether to keep on fighting a useless battle... Or end the loops for good by sacrificing one of their own.

Both stories appear to take place just after episode 20, the first episode of the Helheim Saga. The Kamen Rider Zangetsu side story begins with Takatora telling Kota about the truth behind Helheim. While a childhood friend pays Takatora a visit, a mysterious Kamen Rider that has control over cracks begins to hunt down Yggdrasill’s forces. The Kamen Rider Baron side story begins with Kaito seeking out the Overlords for Professor Ryoma. A prince visits Zawame and when he finds out that Kaito looks exactly like him, he decides to forcefully switch lives, resulting in conflict.

The film depicts the activities of a female financier nicknamed "Silver Shark" Nakajima, who has his own ideas about computer systems, asks Kyoko, a club mama, to contact a mysterious female financier who calls herself "Silver Shark". With Kyoko's help, Nakajima secures a 150 million yen loan from "Silver Shark" and begins working with his partner Nosaka to establish a new company. However, soon after, both Nosaka and the money disappear...

A detective and his partner track down a call girl with information about a drug cartel. After taking her into custody, they are attacked by cartel members. The detective and the woman manage to escape, but they are soon hounded by a professional hitman hired to eliminate them and recover the heroin stolen by the woman.
