An old western town is populated entirely by cute young Catholic schoolgirls and shotgun toting nuns who have killed off the entire male population, the nuns teach their female students that all men are evil. The girls are championed by a superhero named "Panty Mask" who shows up wearing a leather bikini and a pair of leather girls' underwear on her face. The nuns worship an ice carving of Christ which has the ability to make their soft drinks cold (which they don't share with the students).

The Filipino superheroine and her little brother Ding must defend their village from alien-controlled giants.

The Lightning Woman can move at supersonic speed and teleport, watching over the city and its inhabitants. But, to face everyday life, sometimes superpowers are not enough.

Narda receives superhuman powers and becomes Darna. Darna and her child brother Ding start by fighting the Hawk Woman; next they face-off with the Giant, and both foes are destroyed. They meet Dr. Vontesberg a good Samaritan woman doctor, who actually plans in secret to destroy an entire village to avenge her grandfather who had been mistakenly accused of being a devil worshiper. She too has powers to summon the dead and terrorize the townspeople. Narda is captured by the evil doctor, who shows Darna how she intends to achieve her plan. Just in time, Ding arrives to rescue his helpless sister and together they stop Vontesberg's plan. Darna and Ding flow their way to the city, but they are captured by a Sorceress, and they join a bunch of other prisoners. The sorceress Lei Ming and Darna measure their strength and powers. After losing her face, Lei Ming takes her own life.

Dan is a former geisha, now working as an ace pilot for the Earth Defense Troops. Her fiance was killed by the space monster Bemurasu which consumes nuclear waste. To save Planet Earth, Dan attacks Bemurasu, but whenever she does, she feels ecstasy. Can she save Planet Earth?

A girl is granted a magical stone by an angel to become the superheroine Darna to combat evil and would later battle Valentina, her future nemesis.

Originally from Africa, Mari McCabe grew up an orphan after her parents were killed by local greed, corruption and wanton violence. But Mari refuses to succumb to the terrors surrounding her. This is the second movie featuring Darna, but now she is facing another villainess, Ang Babaeng Lawin, played by Elvira Reyes.

Super Inday and the Golden Bibe is a remake of the original 1988 movie starring Maricel Soriano & a fantasy-adventure flick official entry to 36th Metro Manila Film Festival–Philippines 2010 of Regal Entertainment co-produced with Regal Multimedia, Inc. on December 25, 2010. This stars Marian Rivera as Super Inday and John Lapus as the Golden Bibe.
