A criminal subculture operates among U.S. soldiers stationed in West Germany just before the fall of the Berlin wall.

Tells the seemingly random yet vitally connected story of a set of incidents that all converge one evening at 11:14pm. The story follows the chain of events of five different characters and five different storylines that all converge to tell the story of murder and deceit.

An office lady encounters a bank robbery in progress while at the bank to extend the repayment of a loan for her lover. In the ensuing panic, she steals her loan book but is kidnapped by the robbers as they escape. Her life soon becomes a living hell.

Molly Stewart, a teen at the top of her class who survives by working nights as a prostitute on Hollywood Blvd, finds her world beginning to fall apart when a depraved, necrophiliac serial killer begins targeting LA’s streetwalkers.

Peter Winter is a young schizophrenic who is desperately trying to get his daughter back from her adoptive family. He attempts to function in a world that, for him, is filled with strange voices, electrical noise, disconcerting images, and jarringly sudden emotional shifts. During his quest, he runs afoul of the law and an ongoing murder investigation.

Novelist Catherine Tramell is once again in trouble with the law, and Scotland Yard appoints psychiatrist Dr. Michael Glass to evaluate her. Though, like Detective Nick Curran before him, Glass is entranced by Tramell and lured into a seductive game.

The Busty Cops are back, and must prevent Finkel and Billy Viscious from winning an election by any means necessary.

Richard le Noir, disguised as a woman, helps free the local girls of the California town of Harriba Lannana, from enslavement at a local brothel called the Golden Saloon.

Yasuo and Reiko are a married couple with good sexual compatibility, but Yasuo is dissatisfied with the lack of enjoyable conversation between them. Due to a strange turn of events, he ends up going to a hotel with a junior colleague of Reiko. Reiko goes to the room of another junior colleague, Nobuko, and gets drunk, and on the way back she meets her old lover, Tamura. Tamura is Nobuko's man. Nobuko also has a colleague of Yasuo, Kimura. In the midst of these complicated intertwining human relationships, the flames of lust begin to flare...

　The film begins with a young man running while muttering over and over again, "Don't-" (Don't let it bring you down), the title of the film. These words are also a passionate message to the audience. A man and a woman, one chasing the other and the other being chased, a young man with a dream to make a film and the other with no time left. The love, desire, and fate of these people are depicted in this bold story. The final scene with "Love Me Tender" in the background is very moving.

　A sequel to "Destroy the Evil", it follows the protagonist of the previous film, who is pursued by the yakuza and moves to a rural town in Chiba. The story concludes with a tragic ending, but as the title "Keep running, keep running!" At the end of the film, there is an image shot of the protagonists who continue to run, as the title suggests, and this is a strong statement to the director himself and to the audience.
