Hyeon-rae becomes engaged to Yun-su who must complete his overseas study before marrying her. Shortly after, Hyeon-rae is raped but she keeps it a secret from everyone. However, when she becomes pregnant, her liberal parents are very excited. Thinking that the baby is Yun-su's they send him letters of congratulations.
