Dustin is a teenager growing up in New York City. He lives with his father, a loving but flawed club owner obsessed with his ex-wife and the past. Every other weekend Dustin shuttles between the Big Apple and Fenwick Island, Delaware where his mother lives with her younger surfer boyfriend. Along the journey, Dustin begins to see people who may or may not be real.
