RISE 166 -RISE 20th Memorial event- kickboxing event held February 23, 2023 at Korakuen Hall, Tokyo, Japan, as the second of two RISE shows that day. The main event was the final of the RISE NEW WARRIORS Flyweight (-51.5kg) Tournament between Momu Tsukamoto and Tenshi Matsumoto, with Arina Kobayashi facing MISAKI in the co-main event.
