RISE 165 -RISE 20th Memorial event- kickboxing event held February 23, 2023 at Korakuen Hall, Tokyo, Japan, as the first of two RISE shows that day. The main event was a bantamweight (-55kg) bout between Koki Osaki and Ryoga Terayama, with former RISE Featherweight champion Taisei Umei facing Kaito in the co-main event.
