Paris By Night 19 - The Works and the Person of Pham Duy is the 36th video tape, and also the 19th Paris By Night program produced and released by Thuy Nga Center. The program was recorded live in Paris, France, released on VHS tape in 1993, and re-released on DVD on July 21, 2016. The program is hosted by Do Van, a broadcaster for the Vietnamese section of the BBC in London.
