Shiva is an Intelligent. Smart College boy, Pooja a pretty young girl from a rich family study in the same college, Pooja falls in love with Shiva behalf of his kindness and gentility. Pooja decides to meet her Divorcee Mother living in Kashi, then Pooja going to Kashi with Shiva to meet her mother. Unfortunately Pooja met with an accident and hospitalized in Brain dead condition.
