he events of the film take place in a working-class neighborhood near the sea, where Younis lives with his father, the fisherman Idris. Younis, 28, suffers from autism, which confuses him and locks him into his own world, while Idris spends most of his day at sea. Idris, with his own abilities and simple culture, tries to treat his son in the traditional way.
