Leonette is a beautiful, smart young woman who travels to London for her inheritance after her father dies. When she arrives, mysterious events occur, leading her to believe her father was murdered. Thinking that a soured love affair is the basis for suspicion, she hires a handsome attorney, Martin, to investigate. By working so closely with Martin, Leonette begins falling in love with him.
