The Lady

After Macbeth murdered the king and took the throne to himself, Lady Macbeth disappeared. Now, after many years, she has returned to meet Macbeth. She regrets her past, and intends to guide Macbeth to stop the slaughter. She is completely unaware of Macbeth’s plan for her.
