A man leaves his children to his older sister when he goes to Saudi Arabia to work. The sister maltreats the children, so they all leave her home.

Two sisters fall for the same man, a doctor. The older sister meets him when both are medical students; the younger one meets him when he treats a grave ailment for her. This is the Tagalog version of the Visayan film 'Usahay.'
