Fewer samurai films are being made, and the Uzumasa studio has fallen on hard times. One day, veteran "kirareyaku" (whose job it is to be felled with a sword by a film's star) actor Kamiyama is tasked with teaching sword action techniques to fledgling actress Satsuki. A few years later, the now-retired Kamiyama is visited by Satsuki, who has become a popular star.

Two men, a freeter (played by Shusuke Fukutoku) and a man who used to be a non-combat solider (played by Junpei Goto), becomes involved in a cruel crime.

Troubled by his beautiful wife Orie's infidelity, Saito hires Negishi to "train" her as revenge. Negishi lures Orie to his apartment, threatens her with photos of her having an affair with a younger man, and forcibly ties her up with rough rope. That day, Orie cries and endures with her eyes closed, but gradually, she begins to savor the sweet pleasure without shame... Saito receives a report from Negishi and has achieved his revenge, but his heart is not at peace...
