Loïc, formerly worker in a gravel quarry, has lost all of his memory after an accident, and cut himself off from the world. One day, an event pushes him to go outside, where he witnesses the first snowfall since his amnesia. Loïc gets absorbed by long forgotten sensations and wanders. In his mind, he finds the way back to his quarry.

Children and animals deform, are transformed and are bound to illustrate the feeling that we can have of its body and the space that it occupies, under the other people’s opinion or the own eyes.

The documentary takes place in the centre of the town Graulhet, in the Tarn and films the tanneries, once considered as the town's glory, as they now stand. The film presents these tanneries as places full of memories for these new workers and the documentary conveys all the poetry of the past that still lingers within these old walls.
