The latter, from the 90s, gathered almost the largest number of citizens. Quantitative estimates are still controversial. As well as who these people are - emigrants, migrants, or, as they say in Ukraine, "workers". Behind each figure is a living person with personal dramas. Among the representatives of the fourth wave are many scientists and artists. One of them is the hero of our film - Volodymyr Zubytsky: composer, conductor, accordionist, musician.
