Two thugs from the Perth suburb of Midland catch the last train to Fremantle. When a young woman boards the train a few stops later, they begin talking and find out not everyone on the train is not who they seem to be.

As her birthday party approaches, Samantha, an isolated woman obsessed with the perfectly augmented faces of Hollywood celebrities, becomes desperate to go under the knife. While hurrying to schedule an appointment she is met with the harsh reality of the high price tag of her dream procedure and decides to take matters into her own hands.
