"The Hangman" - The events take place in two periods of time. In the Middle Ages a group of men sit and discuss the evil at the tavern. With the hangman close by. 1930s: a dance hall where many people gathered. A jazz orchestra of colored musicians entertain. When the musicians take a break to eat, they are denied this by a Nazi.

Tiburtius "Tibbe" Pettersson is a poor photographer in Stockholm's Old Town. He has a fiancee, Maja Sjöblom, who is a waitress. Tibbe has begun to doubt that they will ever be able to afford to marry.

A man dreams of climbing society and begins to manipulate his business companions to get a sale to benefit him. - My companions are probably good and mean well, but they do not understand business. And yes, they have principles. I have that too. But mine are better.

"A Shadow" - Henry Kendall, Elizabeth Allan, Sam Livesey. An old dark house on a gloomy night is the setting for this British horror thriller about a mad killer, dressed completely in black, who bumps off the inhabitants one by one.

"The Invasion of the Student Union" - Stockholm, Sweden, May 24th. It all started as a regular student meeting, evolved into a mass-meeting and an invasion of the house, with all ended three days later. The students were primarily upset regarding a draft about a changed curriculum in higher education. They also pursued various political dogmas. The angry students called out for the responsible minister of the government. This happened to be Olof Palme. He arrived at the mass-meeting where he suffered much criticism.

With biting satire, senseless parody and other exercises we get an insight into mankind's fragility and fears.

Nobel Laureate Harry Martinson's famous poem consists of 103 cantos and relates the tragedy of a space ship which, originally bound for Mars with a cargo of colonists from the ravaged Earth, is ejected from the solar system after an accident and into an existential struggle.

"A dream play" - This made-for-television film constituted Bergman’s first production of Strindberg’s A Dream Play – a play he would revisit three times more. Gunnar Ollén’s Malmö crew was behind this, for its time, prestigious and costly theatre production, involving more than 40 actors and no less than 75 extras.

A story about a boy named Anders, who lives in an ordinary Swedish family in an apartment at the train station. Through his childhood, he experiences life's glorious scents of beautiful flowers and green forest, close and warm relationships with his grandparents and joyful play with his siblings. He has a strong friendship with his father and a great love for his mother. Still he lives in fear of death. He is afraid of losing all of this that is so valuable to him. In his thoughts and fears, he often turns often God, just as his sister, mother and grandparents, and ask Him for help and protection.

A young beautiful man from Milan arrives at the carnival in Venice. He meets two flirtatious women.

Black Roots is the fourth feature-length film produced and directed by American independent filmmaker Lionel Rogosin. The film gathers a number of African American folk and blues musicians in a room, where they share stories and songs about the black experience in America.

"The Man Who Lived his Life Over" - A drama about a person who gets the opportunity many dream of, to relive his life. In his past he committed a crime. It must not happen again. Now everything will surely be different.
