Emily celebrates her 6th birthday on a magical trip with her family and slowly exposed to the horrifying reality that her parents are trying to council from her using modern technology and entertainment systems.

After years of sexual denial, Yiftach leaves his family to live alone in Tel-Aviv. Attracted to men but torn between his former and new life, Yiftach is consumed with blame and feels disconnected from everything around him. The drama moves between different time periods, raising penetrating questions regarding prejudice and life on the fringes of society.

It is hard to find a family home where all the members have gone to live their separate lives in different parts of the world. Travelling between different continents, the director visits divorced parents and their new partners and also meets her sister who decided to join an alternative community. Their family exists on archival films and photographs only. Is it still possible to put it all together against all odds?
