Tamara Drakulić sets off with her fiancé on a cargo ship headed to Hawaii to scatter her friend Tony’s ashes into the Pacific Ocean. After crossing the Atlantic Ocean, ancient limit to what was once the known world, the ship reaches the Caribbean Island of Guadalupe.

Sixteen-year-old Mina is spending summer days with her father, Andrej, at the mouth of the river Bojana. Andrej is a kite surfer and adventurer, and Mina tries to be the opposite. However, she falls in love with kite surfer Sasa. Sasa is older than her and he has a girlfriend, Sonja. The few days Mina and Sasa spent together do not change their relationship. However, in Mina's adolescent world, these days are changing everything.

Tamara and Ana are presenters of Belgrade's independent radio show 'Ljuljaska' (The Swing). In their show they lie they are in New York, going to the concert of their favorite r'n'r musician Jack Oblivian. Lies are short lived, so they somehow end up living theirs. Following legendary Route 66, they travel from East to West coast, between dream and reality, fantastic landscapes and underground America in search for their dream.
