A suicide case is informed to the police from a mental hospital in a rocky district. Two policemen comes to hospital to investigate the case. In the same morning, Dr. Deniz comes to hospital as the new psychiatrist. Because of the heavy rain and landslide the only road and telephone connections that provide access to hospital from the city are damaged.There is no transportation to hospital and none can leave hospital. During three days, three patients are killed wildly in the hospital. Everyone becomes anxious. The police deepen the investigation. A mystical patient attracts attention.

Imdat is a poor, uneducated, working class window cleaner who has migrated to the big city. As he cleans the windows of the private TV channel Kanal I, the president of the channel, Berk, discovers that Imdat has an uncanny ability to sense what program will yield the best ratings and what is likely to be panned by audiences, thus Berk begins milking Imdat's unique ability to score ratings. Soon Imdat finds himself replacing the president and leading the TV channel. He goes on to produce some truly tasteless and exploitative programs that enjoy massive ratings, eventually becoming part of the dirty media games himself.

While hoping to find some peace here, those who have been pursuing him do not leave him alone. When his family realizes they cannot help Emrah, they turn to Bakırcı Mehmet Efendi, who has dealt with such matters before.

Their journey, which began with beautiful dreams, turns into a nightmare after a traffic accident on the country road. Selim, who makes difficult decisions after the accident, changes his whole life. The story takes a completely different turn with the arrival of Zeynep in the village.
