The all female crew of the transport ship Muse is on a mission in deep space. They pick up an SOS signal and discover a derelict space cruiser where all the women have died mysteriously. They take the only survivor, a young woman named Flair, and detonate the ghost ship. However, the danger is just beginning. With Flair on the Muse, the romances between the women begin to take a new turn. Manami, the sole survivor of Angel of Darkness 2, is rushed to hospital where she slips into a deep sleep. In this first installment of the series - we are introduced to Keisuke: mild mannered school-teacher by day - avenging angel of rape by night - and his goofy Uncle, who together run Rapeman Services. Their "services" are called-upon by a nightclub owner who tells a sob story about having her boyfriend, a current political candidate, stolen by his secretary, and asks Rapeman to "take care of her" as an act of revenge. This is done per the nightclub owner's request - but we soon find that the story was just a cover to cause a bigger scandal that involves rival a seedy rival politician and the Yakuza...

These beautiful vigilantes make a living running a coffee shop by day, and kicking misogynist criminals in the balls by night. Their boss is an elderly lady offering a payback service to women who have been mistreated by men. The cops can’t be seen to allow this kind of behavior, but they are increasingly frustrated with the lack of clues that might lead to the identity of the trio – despite the fact that the two detectives on the case visit the coffee shop daily, to flirt with and grope the waitresses, and drink the occasional cup of coffee. The high heeled honeys eventually bite off more than they can chew when they get on the bad side of a ruthless gangster, who sets a creepy assassin on their trail.

A senator's secretary seeks out Rapeman's services to rape his fiancé who has been brainwashed by a local cult. According to the by-laws of the cult - if the woman has sex with a non-member, then she will be disassociated from the cult, thus bringing the wife back to her husband. This back-fires when the cult does not ex-communicate her - so Keisuke and Uncle infiltrate the cult to get to the bottom of their shady dealings. The resulting investigation embroils the duo in a conspiracy between the cult and a sleazy politician that can only be "righted through penetration"...

This causes an earthquake which releases ancient demon spores from a cave into a nearby pool of water. Unfortunately, this pool is precisely where a lesbian professor—part of a group of students and teachers who are spending a few days camping in the woods—decides to refill her water canteen. She accidentally ingests the spores, which causes the eruption of huge, thrashing, veiny, slime-covered tentacles that seek out new victims and enter the nearest orifice, thus allowing the demon to pass from host to host.
