Manami, the sole survivor of Angel of Darkness 2, is rushed to hospital where she slips into a deep sleep. A priest correctly suspects that the demon (now referred to as an Injuu) is inside Manami's body, but by the time he is able to confirm his theory, the creature has already moved on. As before, the tentacled beastie passes from host to host (by thrusting its slimy appendages into its victims' orifices), eventually ending up inside goody-goody schoolgirl Fumie, who does her best 'Linda Blair' impersonation for a while, before the priest inevitably turns up to save the day.

The all female crew of the transport ship Muse is on a mission in deep space. They pick up an SOS signal and discover a derelict space cruiser where all the women have died mysteriously. They take the only survivor, a young woman named Flair, and detonate the ghost ship. However, the danger is just beginning. A crazy old woman steals what looks like all-butter shortbread from three statues wearing red hats. This causes an earthquake which releases ancient demon spores from a cave into a nearby pool of water. Unfortunately, this pool is precisely where a lesbian professor—part of a group of students and teachers who are spending a few days camping in the woods—decides to refill her water canteen. She accidentally ingests the spores, which causes the eruption of huge, thrashing, veiny, slime-covered tentacles that seek out new victims and enter the nearest orifice, thus allowing the demon to pass from host to host.

Keisuke and the girl's mother don't believe her death to be accidental – and upon investigation, Keisuke and Uncle Shotoku unknowingly delve into an underground world of shady cops, scummy drug dealers, corrupt teachers, and a rape-porn ring. Of course, with Rapeman's upstanding moral values, he must do something to avenge the young student's death, bring down the criminals and right wrongs through penetration!

This back-fires when the cult does not ex-communicate her - so Keisuke and Uncle infiltrate the cult to get to the bottom of their shady dealings. The resulting investigation embroils the duo in a conspiracy between the cult and a sleazy politician that can only be "righted through penetration"...

The second assignment involves pulling a sexually frustrated teenager's spirit out of a video game after the stress of being dumped forced it outside the body.

In this first installment of the series - we are introduced to Keisuke: mild mannered school-teacher by day - avenging angel of rape by night - and his goofy Uncle, who together run Rapeman Services. Their "services" are called-upon by a nightclub owner who tells a sob story about having her boyfriend, a current political candidate, stolen by his secretary, and asks Rapeman to "take care of her" as an act of revenge. This is done per the nightclub owner's request - but we soon find that the story was just a cover to cause a bigger scandal that involves rival a seedy rival politician and the Yakuza...

A woman is being sexually assaulted by a pair of thugs, when out of the fog appear the High Heeled Cats – a trio of avenging angels, masked and dressed in black. These beautiful vigilantes make a living running a coffee shop by day, and kicking misogynist criminals in the balls by night. Their boss is an elderly lady offering a payback service to women who have been mistreated by men. The cops can’t be seen to allow this kind of behavior, but they are increasingly frustrated with the lack of clues that might lead to the identity of the trio – despite the fact that the two detectives on the case visit the coffee shop daily, to flirt with and grope the waitresses, and drink the occasional cup of coffee. The high heeled honeys eventually bite off more than they can chew when they get on the bad side of a ruthless gangster, who sets a creepy assassin on their trail.

This time around, the demon is trapped inside sexy but wholesome schoolgirl Izumi, but is unable to get up to its usual tricks (rampant orifice invasion) thanks to the crucifix that she wears around her neck. Out to locate and destroy the monster are a nun and a priest, but their efforts are hampered by Izumi's evil protector Sakiko, who does her best to help the girl realise her true tentacle-thrashing potential (and, in a Carrie-style side story, also settle the score with a group of nasty school bullies who have been making Izumi's life hell).

Saeko, a 27-year-old housewife without children, loves reading books and often goes to a nearby library. She accidentally comes across a dirty magazine filled with pictures of naked women. Among the photos, she finds one of a young woman who seems different than all the others and, out of curiosity, decides to write to her. Through the correspondences, Saeko comes to understand herself.
