Ink is a feral queer teen headed down a path of self-destruction. Destin is an introspective outsider trying to turn his life around and get out of the shelter system. After meeting at a party one night they take to the streets of LA to find identity, family and revenge.

As people begin to "devolve" into monsters, one woman attempts to hide her transformation by placing flowers under her skin.
