An estranged family take a trip to the desert in their used RV and become stranded and isolated in the scorching terrain. They soon learn their RV holds terrible, haunting secrets, and it starts killing them off one by one.

Debbie Wilkins escapes from Hollywood and heads east to Oklahoma City to link up with her older sister Fran after she is released from an insane asylum for her murder spree on the set of "The Bayou Butcher" in Axe to Grind. Soon after their reunion, the two sisters embark on a wild and bloody cross country road trip to evade law enforcement after Debbie does away with her parole officer. Meanwhile, Rikki, the younger sister of Nikki who Debbie dispatched of in the first movie, elicits information from Debbie's old flame Peter Burgess in order to track down Debbie and exact her revenge.

Whilst on their way to a concert four friends get sidetracked and stranded in a seemingly abandoned town and whilst looking for help find themselves stalked and terrorised by a gang of violent clown dressed psychopaths who will stop at nothing ensnaring them into their sinister blood thirsty games.

Inside, lone gunman Adam watches over a shivering, feverish girl but he knows something is coming. With instructions to apprehend at all costs, Mitchell and Simms prepare to move in when everything goes sideways. They must complete their mission, but when it's all over who will be the last one standing?
