The Korean Intelligence Agency receives information that a huge amount of gold is being smuggled by North Korean spies, who has a secret organization in Hong Kong. To prevent this, Korea dispatches a secret agent to Hong Kong, who destroys their plan in advance and rounds up the mob.

A reporter, Nagako Kita, is fired for writing about police corruption. To make money, she hides while a weekly magazine publishes photos of her, and offers a prize to the person who discovers her.
