Last spring, unknown lights appeared in the sky above Lausanne. In a garden, the last fragment of an ordinary Eden, tales blur with rumours after a series of strange disappearances.

Eliane and Laure, recently separated, are preparing to leave the apartment they shared. Eliane is packing her last boxes when she discovers dampness on the living room wall. Refusing to be solely responsible for the damage, she decides to call Laure for help. As the two women are forced to spend these last moments repainting the wall together, buried emotions resurface, marking the final steps toward their goodbye.

After their house burns down, 18-year-old Sofia and her mother Carla have to live together in a small room at The Little Swallow Hotel. Sofia explores the building and meets new inspiring people. A thousand opportunities seem to open up for her. Carla, on the other hand, has to get used to the idea of her daughter leaving. In this closed-door environment, mother and daughter try to find a new balance in their relationship.

At dawn, in a great classical dance conservatory, a boy falls while rehearsing some movements. Something breaks in his foot, causing sharp pain. But it's exams day and the boy refuses to quit: he tries to face his dance partner and classmates, convincing himself his body has no limits.
