Short film that takes us to a very recent past, that is still the present in some regions of Portugal, talking about love and betrayal, rage and regret.

Postal Fever launches a gaze through time and memory, crystallizing in collective and personal heritages. Putting into contact contemporary Super 8 images and family archives recorded on video, it tries to reflect – both critically and cryptically – on the nature of the images and their survival.

Alice, a woman with a fear of solitude and an exausting desire to change her life, develops an obsession for the doctor that accompanied her recovery after waking up from a comma. Between an over protective boyfriend and an undependable doctor, Alice faces a choice and the possibility of ending up alone.

To produce speech, a set of mechanisms must be brought together. What is the normal articulation for speech? How to produce the sounds that make it up in the correct way? A physiological analysis of the aspects of speech shows us how: the jaw must move in a certain way; the air must be expelled from the lungs in another. Based on the concepts stated in the film "Normal Speech Articulation" (1965), produced by the University of Iowa (USA), we intend to reflect on the way women have been represented, and consequently educated, over the years, both in film and in the media. Largely composed of archival footage, this film intends to make evident, through a montage inspired by Structuralist movements, the violence of this education.

An old man is awaken for a night that will change his life.

On April 1st, 2022, my grandfather passed away and i felt lost. I think my path changed when, some days after he passed away, i was offered a small VHS camera. "Moving Memories" is a visual journey that makes the viewer reflect on our momentary presence on earth and questions the nature of memory. Throughout this journey, we get to the conclusion that memories are more than just static photographs in our minds, they're alive and in constant movement, changing while we evolve as individuals. These memories have influence and help us to move on.

The short film tells the story of Natasha, a young woman of dual nationality who, after years living with her mother in Riazan (Russia), is looking for an opportunity to earn money in Portugal. Natasha becomes a waitress and, as time goes by, encounters Pub’s economic difficulties and poor pay for her work. Enticed by her colleagues, she ends up making decisions that will condition her future.

In an empty house, we see the memories of a home, from those who once lived and filled it with joy and love.
