Italian-French costume dramedy that takes place in France in the end of 18th Century during the French Revolution. It is "The Marriage of Figaro" meets "The Dangerous Liaisons" and it tells the story of two women, Mathilde Seurat, the actress and Julie Renard, the aristocratic wife and a mother (Delphine Forest plays both) with the same face who came from the different parts of society and at one point exchanged their identities and their lives. The movie also features Giancarlo Giannini and great Vittorio Gassman.

In this fact-based drama, an ecology-minded fisherman is elected mayor of his corrupt seaside town and begins crusading against drugs and crime.

Alfredo and Susanna are two well-off fifty-year-olds who lead a stimulating cultural life. He is an architect and she is a psychologist; they live in Rome but spend their weekends at their country home in Umbria, where they love to spend their days walking in the forests or relaxing poolside with a good book. One day, as she goes into town, Susanna sees a girl prostituting herself in the bushes on the side of the road and decides to save her from her unhappy existence, despite the enormous differences that separate their ways of life.

After a long marriage, Maria and Jeffrey are now in crisis. Trying to keep the family together, she tries to convince their children to attend the birthday of the old grandmother Assunta, owner of the beautiful house in which they live. But their children are going through a rough patch. Francesco is a writer who is ashamed of having achieved fame with a book of literary shoddy, why his wife has lost respect. Marco is a doctor and is happy with his family, but his wife is determined to throw it all away for that to become an actress. Meanwhile, Miriam, a young emancipated, discovers she is pregnant, but does not know which of her lovers is the father.

The dreamy, young Munich-born Lilly inherits the house of her godfather Gianni, a winding, picturesque weathered palazzo in the heart of Venice. The other half inherits Francesco, who is to come up as a wealthy hotelier for the maintenance and Lilly likes right off the bat. While Lilly is wondering if Francesco is even Gianni's son, the two get closer. But Lilly has scruples about destroying Francesco's relationship with Giovanna. When her mother Teresa and her father Max arrive in Venice, Lilly learns a long-guarded family secret that finally shakes her tight-knit world.

The story tells of the marital misadventures of Tiziana and Tonino, a couple now in crisis whose tired ménage explodes when the woman receives a phone call from an ex, who proposes to meet again at the "Roxy Bar". Tiziana decides to present herself with a new look and a showy red wig, to the point that when she unexpectedly runs into her husband, the latter does not recognize her and begins to court her.
