Independent Pictures (I)

This story deals with a man, who causes his wife great jealousy on account of his relation to other women, yet who regards himself as a man of destiny in settling others unhappy marital relations. He is named co-respondent in a suit - leaves town - takes a house in a smaller village - picks up a little girl on the street in his car and drives into the country.

"Moose" Rambo is killed by an unknown assailant during a barroom brawl, and Belleau is wrongfully accused of the crime. Sergeant McKenna of the Northwest Mounted Police is detailed to go after him, and Constable Fitzgerald, who saw Belleau on the night of the murder, is struck by the resemblance between Belleau and McKenna. Believing them to be the same man, Fitzgerald confides his suspicions to the chief and is detailed to pursue McKenna.

Not only is Cody cheated out of his valuable property, he also faces trial on a charge of robbery and murder.

After being captured by T-Man Jack Blaisdell and sentenced to 20 years of hard labor on a counterfeiting rap, Tiger McGuire is sprung from jail by his old gang. Vowing to get even with Jack, Tiger kidnaps the young man's fiancée, Helen (Holmes), bringing the girl to his hideout, a fancy yacht owned by Lucy Carlisle.

Cyrus Braidwood has a secret. His daughter Helen isn't actually his daughter--her father is a murderer, and Braidwood has been raising her as his own because he has her father's written confession hidden. One day her father manages to get ahold of the confession. Helen shows up at his apartment looking for it, which culminates in her and a young man she meets there being taken prisoner by a criminal gang.

Pampered Easterner Tom Ransom is sent West by his father, a meatpacking tycoon, to buy a large herd. Tom soon comes into conflict with the agents of Bennett, an unscrupulous rival, who tries to steal the herd from him. Tom eventually proves himself by outwitting Bennett.

A rancher, smitten with a pretty young girl he meets, hires himself out to her as a chauffeur, only to find out that she's on her way to his ranch. In order not to look foolish he keeps up the pretense, but his crooked ranch foreman eventually brings matters to a head.

Sergeant Bob Steele (Bob Custer), of the Texas Rangers, is assigned to put an end to the lawlessness of a gang of outlaws led by a mysterious man known as 'The Black Hawk.' Hoping to infiltrate the gang, he poses as an outlaw named "Lightning" Brady.

When a woman who belongs to a bootlegging gang asks the gang for help when her father is arrested, they refuse. She quits the gang, but the gang's leader locks her up in a brothel. She escapes and hides in the apartment of a man who turns out to be the chief of the government agents pursuing her gang. Complications ensue.

Allen Jennings, whose father was murdered and his gold mine claim jumped, has been seeking the murderers for years. One day, a mine owner and rancher named John Sanderson hires Allen to evict neighboring ranchers Grace and Tom Henden, children of Jim Henden. Unknown to Jennings, Henden and Sanderson, whose real name is John Jasper, were once partners, and it was they who jumped Allen's father's claim.

An old prospector, is found murdered and Sonora Slim is accused of the crime. The real killer is actually Silver Sam McGee.

A rancher helps a pretty young girl and her brother fight off their stepfather, who is trying to take over their ranch, and in addition helps his father battle a gang of rustlers stealing cattle from his ranch.

As a result of a blow on his head, suffered when he was robbed of a shipment of platinum by a gang of bandits known as the Wolf Pack, Sheriff Larry O'Donnell loses his memory and disappears for several months. Jeff Baines, leader of the outlaw gang, uses Larry's absence to get himself elected sheriff. Larry regains his memory, secures proof of Baines' guilt as the leader of the Wolf Pack, seals the evidence into an envelope, and gives it to Madge Blake, the postmistress, to mail to the governor. Baines and his henchmen attempt to rob the mail coach to stop the latter but are captured in a trap set by Larry.
