When Baburaj, a police officer, gets injured in a deadly accident, a mysterious driver helps Sreedevi, Baburaj's wife, nurse him back to health.

The film follows underworld don Vincent Gomas (Mohanlal) and his rivalry against the Kerala Home minister N. Krishnadas (Ratheesh).
