A Baby Peggy two-reeler

Bert is found making love to the beautiful Queen of the Harem. The romantic moment is interrupted by a dashing Sheik who enters and challenges Bert’s technique, leading to a comedic rivalry. As both men attempt to seize the woman (Bert grabbing her head and the Sheik her feet), she is revealed to be a dummy. The two men hand off the pieces of the dummy to a large slave. Bert then seizes the throne and orders a dancer to perform for him.

Trails Cliff Bowes as he ricochets from a Coney Island shooting gallery to a tycoon’s penthouse, pocketing hearts, pocket watches, and the occasional stick of dynamite, all while pursued by a battalion of bowler-hatted clones who might be debt collectors, jealous husbands, or merely the feral id of the Roaring Twenties. Yet narrative is mere scaffolding; the film’s real engine is tonal whiplash—slapstick one reel, surrealist the next—until the final iris-out consumes the screen like a tiger swallowing its own Technicolor stripes.

Buddy, mischievous son of a race horse owner, is a competent youth around the stable and racetrack. He, Martha and Spec are pals. The day of the big steeplechase Buddy discovers one of the jockeys has been "fixed" by a crooked gambler.

A 1921 American silent short film directed by Fred Hibbard for Century Film Company and starring Baby Peggy and Brownie the dog. It was rediscovered in Switzerland in 2010.

Incidental to the business of getting married and living scrappily ever after, Charlie and Louise are engaged on a flivver jaunt. Charlie has invited Louise along, never dreaming that she would invite the family. But the girl has asked dad, and dad asks mother, and mother invites grandpa and grandma, and they in turn invite the children.

Baby Peggy is joined by her star-making partner, Brownie the Wonder Dog and is in a circus as a junior clown.
