A family must use a magical box of Animal Crackers to save a rundown circus from being taken over by their evil uncle Horatio P. Huntington.

Amós is a sailor and owner of a ship. He is impatient with the arrival of his uncle who returns from the Soviet Union, after having exiled there after the Civil War. They have no time to meet because the old man unexpectedly dies. Amos knows, thanks to the letters his mother received, that his uncle had a treasure. However, this one is not among the objects that were in the old man's room.

A team of astronauts on the first mission to Mars crashes onto the surface, losing contact with Earth. With no other recourse, and help millions of miles away, the crew is forced to make desperate choices in order to stay alive. Will they be able to survive as the minutes slip away?

A comic adventure, in which the ashes, first in an urn and then in a luxurious handbag, take center stage, and a dramatic adventure, that of the reunion of the friends with an old love of youth, their former coach of gymnastics, which will cause a decisive transformation in all of them. A reunion that will serve to close old wounds and overcome personal conflicts and to realize that after forty life has only just begun
