This omnibus film tell six stories about the terror of six Indonesian ghosts: Ustaz (Kiky Armando) who is tested by Pocong terror; A woman (Putri Ayudya) is visited by Bajang after abortion; The trick of Sundel Bolong against a pregnant woman (Marya Supraba); Investigation of reporter (Gandhi Fernando) about the mysterious Begu Ganjang legend; A woman (Dea Ananda) who finds her father keeping Genderuwo; and a girl (Btari Cinta) who performs the forbidden dance caller Lehak, a damned creature from legend.

Tuyul reimagines the story of the Indonesian urban mythical spirit. Young couple Daniel and Mia move into Mia's recently deceased mother's old house to save up money before the birth of their first child. After cleaning up one of the rooms, Daniel finds a bottle hidden mysteriously underneath the broken wooden floor. The empty bottle might be home to a creature that could potentially put Daniel, Mia, and their unborn child in danger.

Based on real story, the film tells Naya (Acha Septriasa), Juna (Gandhi Fernando), Sarah (Ratu Felisha) and the rest of the moviegoers are involved in a murder mystery in an old movie theater at midnight. The murders occur while the theater is showing a controversial movie about a twelve year-old boy who kills and mutilates his entire family.

Olivia is teased by her boss, but she refuses. As a result, she is fired. She comes home with alcoholic drinks and plays a song as hard as possible to dissipate the pain. Her roommate, Merry is betrothed by her mother to a rich “feminine” boy. And Nina, another friend, comes home crying: her boyfriend is back to his wife. Nina turns to food to forget. Olivia suggest another way to vent their frustration: they must choose a man at random, and he should be raped. Comes pizza restaurant manager who is delivering the girls’ pizza order, Adam is forced to join their party. They accidentally kill Adam.

Alice (Tara Basro), marine biologists, spent almost all her working time by sitting in the office rather than uses her knowledge in the field. Fate brings the two human in a bar. Conversations and connections soon intertwin. They decide to spend the day by going to different places around Bali and talk about life, love, and a sense of frustration from the post-college world they were.

On the verge of being broke, a sock shop owner enters a vlog contest where she has to date twelve men with different zodiac signs and prove that love compatibility based on zodiac sign is just a myth. After the contest is done, will she discover that the myth is in fact true, or would she break it and find Mr. Right?
