A self centred egoistic village zamindar who makes fun of people, is rude by nature and brash tries to accommodate a teacher who comes to his village in search of work. How she gets to understand him, how he reacts and how his uncle's daughter who initially adversely reacts to his tantrums reacts towards the end is the story. In short it is a triple edged love story with truth, passion and emotions galore.

An idealistic sub-inspector joins a station that is run by a corrupt inspector, who moves closely with a criminal-minister. Gradually, his hate for the other takes over and he edges towards the dark side while the other sees the error of his ways and reforms.

Three elderly women, who are in desperate need of money, plan to rob a bank — the same place where they had previously lost their hard-earned money during a bank robbery!
